BaseCamp 3.2.2 Does not Zoom CustomMaps

I have several CustomMap KMZ files that I generated with Global Mapper. BaseCamp appears to only render the coarsest level of detail with these maps, but all levels of detail render on my 62s. (I can see more on the 62s than I can in BaseCamp.)

If you haven't tried it, take a look at G-Raster. Costs 5 USD for the registered version and that can convert GeoPDFs from the USGS data store.
