Birdseye Incorrect Scale on Edge 800

I have recently bought the Birdseye Select 600km of 1:25000 OS map for the UK. I downloaded 2 areas to BaseCamp with no problems and planned a couple routes. However, upon sending the route and Birdseye imagery to my Edge 800, my Edge will only display the purchased area in 1:250,000 and not the desired 1:25,000 that I paid for.

The only reason I can think for this is that I need a Birdseye subscription as well as paying for the 600sq km of maps. Can anyone confirm if this is the case or offer any advice to get 1:25,000 maps on my device?

I don't think having a subscription should be necessary. The subscription and Birdseye Select are different providers.

Same Problem on Etrex 20

I have a similar problem.
The birdseye select card that came with my etrex says the map should be 1:25000 but comparing the downloaded area to my paper map villages that are 3 km apart on paper on in the same square in basecamp and on the etrex so no footpaths are showing making planning routes impossible as the scale is too small.
Currently not impressed.
