I don't have one ready, but if you combine the hotkeys mentioned in the message before you enter full screen mode with the hotkeys mentioned in the menus, that should be pretty much it.
We are looking to add more and also want to find a way to make them more discoverable.
If I find the time, I might try to assemble a list and sticky it.
