BaseCamp 3.2.1 and Australia 20m Contour Lines

BaseCamp 3.2.1 loaded but now I cannot open it. I get the following message "There is a problem with Australia 20m Contour Lines installation. Please re-install Australia 20m Contour Lines and start BaseCamp" I have re-installed Aust Topo but still get the same message.

TOPO Australia v2 works fine in Basecamp 3.2.1 for me.

TOPO Australia is a locked (needs an unlock code) map product. Do you have an unlock code for it and has it been entered on that machine/user account?

If you're not sure look in the BaseCamp Tool menu, Manage Map Products selection, Unlock Regions tab.

I am using Aust Topo V3 and its unlocked.
BaseCamp was working fine before the upgrade to 3.2.1.
Now it doesn't open and I just get the 20m Contours message.

Are you sure "Australia 20m Contour Lines" and Australia Topo are the same map?

It was a third party map (Oztopo) that was causing the problem.
When I uninstalled it BaseCamp then worked fine.
