Missing lists after upgrade to 3.2.1

After I upgraded to 3.2.1, some of my lists in my collection have disappeared and old ones have reappeared. It's like it's using whatever was available when I installed the beta.

I use to have in 3.1.3:

My Collection
Waypoints
Raster Maps
Other tracks
Bike_GrandBeach
Bike_BirdsHill
Bike_WhittierPark
Bike_ChurchillDrive
Bike_Work
Geocache Solution Waypoints
Temporary

Is now this 3.2.1:

My Collection
All Data
Backup2011.06.15
Bike
Bike_BirdsHill
Bike_GrandBeach
Other tracks
Raster Maps
Temporary
Track 002
Waypoints

Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you don't have any data you care about in 3.2 I would suggest the following:

1. Close BaseCamp.
2. Find your BaseCamp database on your disk by typing %APPDATA%\GARMIN\BaseCamp\Database in your Windows Explorer.
3. Delete the 3.2 folder.
4. Open BaseCamp 3.2.1, it should import your 3.1 data now and convert it to 3.2 (again creating the 3.2 folder).
