Make sure CHM files are associated with "Microsoft HTML Help Executable" in your file associations.

Some program (not BaseCamp) took the CHM file association away from the Windows tool which results in your not being able to display CHM help files properly (not just in BaseCamp, other apps should be affected as well).

It definitely opens in HTML help. I did a search of all *.chm files in the program files folder, and BaseCamp is the only one that doesn't display correctly out of about 25 that I tried opening.

BaseCamp doesn't do anything specific with those files. It just points to them, and then your OS does what it thinks it should do.

The help displays fine on all computers we have tested. So I am not sure what's going on. Please call product support if you'd like help to get this resolved.

The only other thing I could think of is that you just got a corrupted chm file. What's the size of your English chm file (in bytes)? It should be 1,913,952 bytes. Do chm files for other languages also open incorrectly?

My help file is for 3.1.3, and is 1,248,377 bytes. Nope, none of the other languages open correctly. My thought would be to forward my screenshot on to the support division of your help authoring tool and see what they say. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit Pro with all the latest patches.

Since I don't want to install 3.2.1 until the issues get sorted out, if you can provide a link to just the help file I'll try that and see if it works.
