Birdseye Image Shows as Downloaded, But Doesn't Show on Map or GPS

I've had this same problem happen several times now, and it's getting to be very frustrating. I've had Birdseye requests show in Basecamp as being successfully downloaded, but the images will not display on the map in Basecamp. I tried transferring one of these to my 62c as a teast, and I got an "invalid jnx" error message when the unit booted. Not surprisingly, the image didn't display in the GPS, either.

This has only happened when trying to download images near coastlines, and I think (but am not 100% sure) every time I have used the draw tool instead of the rectangle tool to select the area. I've tried several times to download images in the Outer Banks area of North Carolina, Sanibel Island in Florida, and the Indiana Dunes/Gary region on Indiana's Lake Michigam shoreline with several failures in each area, as well as some successes. I'd estimate close to a 50% failure rate, so it's a real pain to try and get these images!

Any help?

Thanks very much for the reply. I'm using Basecamp 3.1.3.

Some additional info- for each of these problem files, the properties tab in Basecamp shows a number of images still remaining to be downloaded, even though the download status is "completed" with no option to restart the download. I missed that earlier, as I had the window reduced in size and was just looking at the download status.

I'm PMing you a couple of files.
