JnxFiles folder copied deleted it, restored but now don't see images

Basecamp is only downloading 4mb (250 images) when it should be 232mb (15,000 images). Garmin support has duplicated the problem on their computer using my account and will get back to me but while troubleshooting they copied my JnxFile directory to another location and then deleted it. After they were done I copied the directory back but none of my Birdseye images show up in Basecamp. Who knows what I need to do to get these to show up again? Files were in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\BaseCamp\JnxFiles

Thanks

You don't see your files because it looks like you deleted the gdb (Garmin Database) entries for those BirdsEye files as well.

We do not provide a straight-forward way to retrieve them (something we should add in the future) but this is what I would do.

    1. Create a back-up of your data (with BaseCamp's backup functionality).
    2. In addition to the back-up, export the data from your database into gdb.
    3. Close BaseCamp.
    4. Delete the 4 files (alldata.gdb and folderdata.gfi and their backups) from C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\BaseCamp\Database\3.2.
    5. Restart BaseCamp. Hopefully it will ask you to "recover" your birdseye files.
    6. If it worked, import the data you exported in step 2. Don't do a restore!
    7. If it didn't work for some reason, restore the data that you backed up in step 1.

    You saved me

    Falagar
You are a life saver! Thank you.
I deleted those four files, restarted and Basecamp recovered my Birdseye files, I then imported what you had told me to export and I'm in business.
The Birdseye files all have default names Birdseye Imagery 1 to 342 but the names meant little to me, I just select the areas on the map and I can rename them eventually if I want.
    Thanks again.
