declination date adjustment

Any time I print from BaseCamp, the declination printed in the corner is always dated as 1/1/2010 (see attached).

Any way to adjust that to something a bit more recent or to a future date? :confused:

BaseCamp v3.1.3
Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit

I added a case to get some more current date.
