Looking for some help.

I hope I'm in the right forum for my question. I'm new to this. I tracked a bunch of trails put them in Base Camp labeled and edited. I put the back on my Oregon 450t and could only view them as individual tracks. What do I have to do to view them all at once? I'm trying to create a map but don't know where to start. Any guidance or direction would be grateful.

Garmin's units will only display one track at a time so you have to use Basecamp to combine them into a single track or else use a program like GPX2IMG to turn them into a transparent overlay map.

What is the exact procedure to display BaseCamp routes ('tracks'?) on a nuvi1490?
If I simply 'export' them (from BaseCamp), they do not show up via 'Find'/'Routes'(?)
It appears that you have to open 'Tools'/'User Data' and 'import' a given route(?) - but three times out of four my nuvi turns itself OFF in the process!
(The 'labels' may have names slightly different from the ones I quoted above - I use Danish language on my device, so I don't know the exact terminology).

None of the Nuvi series is capable of displaying a track that you send from your computer, regardless of what program or settings you use. It's just a limitation of those devices.

Routes and tracks are completely different things. Which are you trying to send? You can send a route to your 1490, then use the import command on the nuvi to make it active.

But tracks cannot be sent (actually, Basecamp will send them, but the Nuvi will ignore them).

    - sorry: Terminology confusion (as previously mentioned English is not my 'native language').
My problem is that I can create routes in BaseCamp and transfer them to the nuvi, but it takes a lot of hard work to display them on the device!

I described some of my difficulties here:

    as well.
