I purchased the Birdseye download for my Oregon 450 and I`m quite disappointed in it.The Oregon does not show up that well when you are outside in the sun light and it gets worse with Birdseye.True Birdseye looks good on Basecamp.But with the Oregon 450 it is really Dull.Are there any tips or tricks to brighten it up?I would of thought Garmin would of done something about this by now.
Go to SETUP, MAP, MAP INFORMATION SELECT MAPS and enable the Birdseye maps. You have three choices, normal, bright and brighter. FInd the best one for you.
OK,I found it.I`ll add this bit of information to "Setting`s I Didn`t Know I Had".I`ll try this as soon as the Sun comes up.In the mean time,I Thank You for The help.:)
