problemwith BaseCamp

I can not start BaseCamp. When I try to start the program I get a message in french but I can not translate it for this forum.
I have been using BaseCamp for 3 months and I re-installed the program twice sofar to try correcting the problem.

Where can I post questions in french to solve my problem with BaseCamp?

Try using Revo Uninstaller (google that) and make sure to do the second part after the regular uninstallation, that is where it fixes the registry entries. I'll also do the last part where it gets rid of other files left on your system. Re-install after you have a really clean uninstall.

I see that you found the forum discussion on ordinal not found. Did that solution address this issue?
