Viewing Garmin GB 50k OS map problem

Hi, can anyone help please? I bought an Oregon 450 last week and I have BaseCamp installed on 2 PCs. My Oregon has the Garmin GB Discovery 50k map on an SD Card. On one of the PCs I can view the OS maps perfectly. On the other, whilst I can see the OS map in the file windowpane, I just cannot view the OS map only the Garmin Base Map. I have set View to Map Product?Garmin 50k OS map to no avail. Why is this working on 1 PC but not the other please?

It would be helpful if you provided the hardware and software details for both PCs. Such would include operating system types and levels, video card types, video card drivers and levels, Garmin software levels, etc.
