Hi any idea why the 3D section won't work ~ I have read up on all the discussions and it seems a lot of people are having problems.
On starting Basecamp a window appears saying 'Update Required' In order to display 3D terrain a newer video card is required. Please update your video card driver. I am using:
Basecamp File Version 3.1.2.0
Dakota20
Garmin GB Southern England and Wales map on SD card (doesn’t say anything about DEM.
Windows XP
Display Adaptors ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 SERIES
Driver Provider ATI Technologies Inc.
Driver Version 8.18.0.0
Driver Date 14/09/2005
I have tried updating drivers on the update driver tab but it says no drivers available.
Any advice please but don't get too complicated ~ go gently please.
Also should I or do I need to make a back up copy of my SD card onto DVD if so should I copy from Explorer or in the File menu on Basecamp?
