Basecamp 3.1.2 & Custom Icons

I had several custom icons working in an earlier version of BC, but I cannot get BC 3.1.2 to "see" any of the custom icons in the My Documents\My Garmin\Custom Waypoint Symbols folder. The icons are of the right size and saved in the BMP format. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the late reply. For better assistance, please zip and email us your "Custom Waypoint Symbols" folder to investigate.

Can you tell what you did to make it work in BC 3.1.3? I do have the custom icons in my directory Garmin/ but although I get the custom icons on my Oregon, I can't get them in Basecamp. Help please
