I'm a total novice at this cause I just bought my 62s yesterday and I've been playing around with the software all day trying to learn it but have you tried exporting a GPX file in G.E. and then importing the GPX file into Basecamp? I guess I should post this as a feature request :)
Basecamp supports KML, but when I import a KML file from Google Earth including waypoints etc. it will not load?
Any workarounds?
Future improvement in this area is very welcome!
i have been working with GE files (KML) and BaseCamp for just two days, so i'm no expert. however, i AM able to import a KML file easily. i'm using BaseCamp 3.1.2 and using GPSBabel (at GPSBabel.org) to convert the KML file to GDB file.
i'm having trouble with the resulting data, but the tracks are there.
