Problem adding TrackPoints

Hi, I've been using 3 0 6 since it came out. I've edited many tracks, both adding Points, Moving them and deleting them with NO problems. Today i tried using 3 1 1, and this one crashes after adding a few points.

I sent the Error Report to Garmin--I hope it finds it's way to the right folks.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Back to 3 0 6.

basecamp frequently chrases.

I had the same problem. After the third trackpoint I put on the map Basecamp vanishes. This happened several times.
However when not clicking but drawing with the penciltool to create a track, this works and no crash.
I had also Basecamp crashing on other occasions with Windows XP and with windows 7 and when only moving the map.
I transmitted every error to Garmin.
The previous version was more chrashproof.
Exuse me for some errors, i am not english speaking

Sollution chrash after adding track points

Thank you for your feedback. I believe we have found the root cause. When you have time, please help me verify the following:

1. Launch BC 3.1.1
2. Select a track
3. Select the properties tab
4. Adjust the splitter to ensure the first list to have enough space to display at least 2 track points
5. Restart BC
6. Create a track, and BC should not crash

Note: In step 4, if you drag the splitter all the way down so that the list is not visible at all, then BC will crash when you create a track

This response of the support team of garmin resolved the problem.
I suppose they will correct the software error in a new version
