Please expedite hires Birdseye coverage of Serbia

Almost half of my annual BirdsEye subscription has run out and you're covering Serbia with hires sattelite imagery at a snail's pace - PLEASE expedite the process! Most of the country is still only available at a completely unusable resolution.

I know I don't live in an important part of the world, but I would appreciate if you at least tried to give us the same level of service that people in US get.

My name is Martin and regrettably I bought a 62s unit and I paid for Birdseye subscription too, and realised that here in Argentina has the same problems at any zones.
Garmin is givin bad support on all aspects that you can think.
Firmwares with bugs,Birdseye with low resolution,Squeaky cases on units....and all kind of things that you think.
Argentina has free maps only for Garmin.
However,nothing last forever and in 2011 TomTom and Magellan are comming here.
I suggest that if you have maps for other brand,return or sale the Garmin unit and buy another brand.

I will point you towards Garmin Customer Support for the issues you mentioned. This forum is monitored by the development team of BaseCamp. Feedback on bugs and features relating to BaseCamp itself are very welcome on this forum. Issues like Firmwares with bugs, Birdseye with low resolution, Squeaky cases on units, Quality of the imagery etc are indeed very important issues, but the faster route to get those addressed is to go through Customer Support.
