Birdseye Images will not transfer

After downloading the Birdseye images, they will not transfer to my GPS. I check the box to transfer after dl and I tried to do it manually but they will not transfer either way. I am running the latest Basecamp software and I have a Oregon 400 with a 1 gig memory chip with enough free memory. Any suggestions at what I might be doing wrong? I have all these images just sitting on my computer.

    I can't think of anything off the top of my head why you shouldn't be able to copy the files. When you say that they won't transfer is there a specific error message that appears or how does BaseCamp let you know that the files aren't transferring? I doubt it should make a difference but have you tried, copy&paste, drag & drop, or right click and send to device and all are failing?

    HI and sorry for the late response back, There is no error message that appears and BaseCamp does not let me know what it is doing, It does not lock up or anything like that, the files just do not transfer. I have tried to copy&paste, drag & drop, and right click and send to device and they are all failing. When I first got Birdseye, it worked fine and now nothing.

    When you does the All Data folder on your Oregon ever show the yellow circle with the down arrow or the green circle with the check mark? I'm trying to narrow down if BaseCamp doesn't think there is data to transfer or if there's a problem with the sending.

    It show neither, it always shows a short green bar, when I mouse over the line it says " Transfering User Data " but nothing transfers. It always has the green bar on the "All Data" under Garmin and the "All Data" for the memory card even if I am not sending data to it. See attached pic

    UPDATE:
    okay, after I sent the last message, Basecamp did an automatic update and the program restarted. The green bars went away so I tried to send the Birdseye image to my Garmin and then the folder had a yellow circle with a down arrow and the files transfered. :D
    I am not sure if it had anything to do with the update but I am just glad it works now.
