Service Pack 3 requred?

Hi,

I can not install BaseCamp or MapSource. Setup exit with an error: "Windows XP Service Pack 3 required" ...:confused:

My Windows XP is up to date! All patches are installed! What is wrong?

If you go to the Start Menu => Control Panel => Performance and Maintenance => System. It should bring up a dialog similar to the one I have in the attached screenshot. Does it correctly identify SP3 installed there?
