I am using an AMD quad 2.30 with ati video 3600 ,basecamp installs fine and the update is also installed but as soon as i invoke it ,it quits with windows alarms ,anyone have a fix in mind .
I have tried it twice

so far 3 computers all amd will not run basecamp even with the upgrade

Can you give more detail the errors that you see?

windows says it just cannot run it

basecamp starts and then it just quits says something about a debugger and do you wish to send a report ,and thats it

also will reload and hard copy the alarms that come up

basecamp

i am seeing that basecamp is very fussy on video cards

Information on why the video card checks are the way they are is available in the BaseCamp known issues and workarounds thread.
