I have downloaded basecamp and when it starts to install a window comes up saying somthingabout extracting and when it gets to 6% I get a error saying files corrupt.That is with google chrome, if I try download with IE I get a message saying the download was blocked. I am somewhat computer illiterate and would really appreciate some help. I am wanting to use birdseye on my new dakota 20 and I believe I have to have basecamp to do this. Thanks
First, try deleting your temp directory before installing. For Vista / Win7 the directory will be C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp. On XP this will be C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp.
