Ok, I bought a Garmin Oregon 300 and registered it on Garmin's website. I donwloaded Garmin BaseCamp. I then purchased BirdsEye and tried to use it, but got an error message stating, "To use this feature, connect a device that supports the BirdsEye Imagery feature. If you continue to get this message, try again after performing a device software update."
I thought my Oregon 300 was up to date, but I downloaded Garmin WebUpdater and updated the software on my Garmin 300.
I tried BirdsEye again and got the same message. I have restarted my computer just in case and nothing changed.
I was able to update my Oregon 300 and can view the files, etc. that are on it, so I don't think it's a communication issue between the computer and GPS.
I'm very frustrated and not happy. Can anyone help?
