File contains no GroundOverlays

When I try to import a kmz file in BaseCamp I get the error "File contains no GroundOverlays"

Any ideas? I have tried several different files they all give the same error, running the latest updated version.

For example go here and download one of the files and try to import it

At this time KML/KMZ import is only supported for Garmin CustomMaps (overlay imagery). If you would like to import the tracks contained in these files to BaseCamp you will need to convert from KML to GPX.
