BaseCamp will not load

I have a Windows 7 64 computer with 4GB of ram that Basecamp used to open on all be it extremely slow that will not load at all. I have uninstalled and re-installed the application several times as well as the dot.net 4 framework. but all it does is hangup on start up any suggestions? The real frustration is that I have Birdseye and can't create images now.

I'd recommend contacting Product Support (US Toll Free: 1-800-800-1020) for more immediate support.

They'll be able to talk you through possible solutions and even work with you directly on your computer if it is necessary.

These support boards are primarily monitored by the application developers and we just don't have the tools that our dedicated product support staff does.
