Tracks: broken into pieces

Hello,
1.
I would like to know how to prevent tracks looking broken into pieces in Basecamp.
A round point (like those at the beginning of a track) appears from time to time in the middle of the line.
Those false beginnings don't appear in Mapsource or on the GPS.

2.
I'd like to post tracks without time or speed (some parts walking, other part in a car, so the average speed is wrong). Is it possible?

Sorry, the broken line issue is fixed in 3.0.5 version.

Hi, glad you "fixed" #1, as for #2--I don't think you can remove the time.

Originally, Tracks main purpose in life was to record where you had been. Every time you changed direction by the amount you specify, or you can specify a time-- the GPS would create a Track Point (trkpt) and log it, along with the time. This determines the direction of the track.

As for speed, i think but not positive, BC probably calculates the speed based on time and distance.

BC and GPS's can create a "Inverse Track, which is used when you "TrackBack".
