I'll try and help, altho i use an Oregon 450, and it may be different than your 60.
In MS, highlight your Waypoints, click File/Save As and save those Waypoints as a .gpx file. Open BC and click File/Import and import those Waypoints. As you click on each Waypopint, it will show up in the BC map. There no doubt are other file types you could use--but i tried the above and it works.
I would guess you can then Send To your 60.
In BC, when your 60 is connected to your computer, you can "see" it in the Library pane. You click on it, and in the window below, it displays the contents. This of coarse assumes the 60 is supported in BC--that i don't know.
