Cannot read map image files

installed 3.0.4 .
Reading a gmapprom and gmapprom1 (nuvi775) seems to be working:

* Added ability for BaseCamp to attempt reading all Garmin map images (.img files), regardless of name, from removable media.

A gmapsupp.img on a sd card (and internal) is not recognized by BC.

Installed a topo Garmany 2010, with is not installed already on my pc.

Tested also on a dakota 20, no luck eather.
Was this function disabled in 3.0.4 (introduced in 3.0.3).

Have you checked the notes from the BaseCamp known issues and workarounds thread? The limitations still exist that it cannot be a user created image and must be located in the Garmin subfolder.

This is only true for SD cards. On the unit's internal storage the image naming must match what maps are advertised by the device.
