I can't install maps from Basecamp to Etrex32x

I bought a new Erex32x, and when I try to install maps from Basecamp onto the GPS, it won't let me (the option either doesn't appear or isn't working). I don't know what the problem might be, but I need to be able to install some of the maps I have in Basecamp. I'm attaching a couple of screenshots. Can anyone help me with this problem?     Sorry but I'm unfamiliar with those maps, where are they from? There could be numerous reasons why they won't install. Try first switching BaseCamp to English, as sometimes other languages introduce errors, and see if that works.

    I believe you need to use MapInstall to install maps to a device or microSD card. In BaseCamp from the Menu Bar, select Maps > Install Maps which will bring up the MapInstall dialog. However it appears from your screenshots that you do not have MapInstall installed in BaseCamp. You can download and install it from the download linked below:

    I had a similar issue before, and the key thing is that BaseCamp usually hands the map transfer over to Garmin MapInstall. With the eTrex 32x connected, try BaseCamp → Maps → Install Maps, then select the eTrex or its microSD card in MapInstall. Garmin confirms that MapInstall is the tool used to transfer compatible maps to the device.

    Also make sure the maps are actually installed on your computer and unlocked for that device. If BaseCamp is only reading the maps from another GPS or SD card, Garmin says they can't be installed onto another device that way.

    If the option still doesn't appear, I'd update BaseCamp/MapInstall and reconnect the eTrex before trying again. The pipacombate.com.br link can be kept separate from the actual Garmin troubleshooting.
