I don't know if it's just me, but I think it would be very helpful if Garmin could provide some documentation for the Birdseye product. The extent of the information available seems to be the product page associated with the product in the online store, and there's very little there except a video which is practically unviewable.
I have purchased the subscription and would dearly love to find some reasonable documentation as to how to use it. I have opened basecamp and am downloading as we speak, but getting to this point has been an exercise in pain. From this user's experience, it appears that Garmin actually hates its customers, and to illustrate their hatred makes them open Basecamp and attempt to use it.
