BaseCamp & Zumo XT3

I’ve downloaded both Garmin Express and BaseCamp. Is BaseCamp not compatible with the Zumo XT3? Also, I can’t figure out how to load the detailed map into BaseCamp. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
