When you plug in your GPS to the computer, do you get a window pop up and does it assign a drive letter to the GPS and or SD card inside the GPS?
I had a conflict where windows assigned a drive letter for my GPS that was the same letter as a mapped network drive.
I'm on Windows XP, so I had to go to Control panel, Administrative Tools, Disc Management, and change the drive letter that windows was giving to the Oregon to a letter that was not taken.
A word of caution... You can mess your computer up in this console, so proceed with care!
From the look of the error message I would guess that you need to update the GPS unit software to the current version that is compatible with BirdsEye. Hard to be certain with the information provided.
Glad I could help GRAYJAY. This stuff can be really confusing and I get a lot info from other folks that take the time to post. Makes me feel good that I could help someone else too!
