I just received my 550t today and dl'ed Basecamp 3.0.1. I also purchased a Birdseye subscription. Base camp seems to "see" the 550t, because it's listed in the "devices" section (and the 550t display shows that it's connected to my computer) . But when I try to download Birdseye imagery, a window pops up that tells me that this feature requires a device that supports Birdseye imagery...and to connect it at this time. It doesn't seem to matter whether the 550t is connected before or after this window appears....my only option is to close the window. Am I doing something stupid? Thanks in advance.
Thanks!!!! That worked perfectly! At first, I didn't think it was going to work. I downloaded and transferred the update to the 550T, but it still didn't work....then I turned the 550 off and back on...it rebooted using the new update and all is well now ! Thanks again!
After the update my GPS shows "Software version 3.30" and "GPS software version 3.70"
