A Couple BirdsEye Questions

I am downloading images currently to my desktop computer and would like to know if there is a way to transfer the image files to my laptop so I do not have to download them again?
If the Images are stored in the program file can I transfer the program files to my laptop after installing basecamp on the laptop?
Last but not least, is there a way to delete Tracks off of my Oregon using BaseCamp after I have transferred them to the computer. I was hoping for a right click and delete function just like what you get with Tracks under My Collection.

One way to transfer the (I assume) BirdsEye images is on the device. If you transfer the images to a device or card and then connect it to the other computer, you can drag the images into a folder in BaseCamp.

If you have an Oregon 450 or 550 (or Dakota), then yes. Those devices support the new sync data model which allows BaseCamp to delete the data from the device. If you have an older Oregon, unfortunately the answer is no.

Thank You for the reply. I have an Oregon 300, so I guess that explains the delete thing. Hopefully Garmin will be able to add this feature to these units in the future.

I was hoping for a faster solution then transferring BE images using the GPSr. It Loads Data extremely slowly.

Just found a faster solution, plugged my 300 in then put a usb chip into my computer and can transfer that way and takes a lot less time to transfer the big files

    Any other solutions appreciated.

Is there a way to turn off the display of images in Basecamp?
