I am also successfully running Basecamp on Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

seilogramp offered a solid list of things to check.  I will add these.

• Make sure Garmin Express is not running while trying to run Basecamp.
• If you run Windows 11 logged in as a Windows user with standard privileges, Garmin products install their files in locations where only the admin user who credentialed at the UAC prompt can use them.  Post back for advice on how to get around if needed.
