Hello, I can no longer install the latest version of BaseCamp on my Windows 11. Is there a good alternative to view my .img topo maps?

Why can't you? BaseCamp works fine on Win11.

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the application.. picture 3, no idea why!?

Where are you downloading it from, hopefully the official Garmin site? The error is a Microsoft one. If you Google the error code you will find numerous explanations of how to fix it.
