A Google map or a route? You can't transfer Google maps to BaseCamp etc. Please explain exactly what you're doing. And why you want them on a sd card, is this in a Garmin device?
The zumo has maps installed on the internal storage, it never needs an internet connection for that.
Routes and maps are completely different things, use the correct option to transfer it (it looks like you're trying to transfer routes with the map transfer method, that doesn't work)
