just got an forerunner 55. it has been constantly updating the last 24 hours. no less than about 50 updates. Tried a soft boot (holding the light button for 20 secs). When it updates it restarts about 30 seconds later. I believe it might have something to do with the GPS as it seems to be waiting for the GPS or the live location?? Does anyone know how to fix this constant update?
