I can't find some roads on the maps to create a route. The maps are updated on both Navigator and Basecamp. If I import the gpx files with routes already created on Google Earth, Basecamp does not create routes but only waypoints. What to do?

    Not all gpx files are the same so this behaviour isn't unusual. Either use the waypoints to create a route in BaseCamp or create the route separately in BaseCamp. Note if the roads don't exist in the Garmin maps your device cannot navigate them anyway.
