Recently updated the 40LM but for the 255W, I am expected to buy a $70CAN single update or the $130CAN one-time payment option. Why is that? Can I get a "discount code" from somewhere? Is it worth it given the cost of newer GPS like the Drive-53? On that note does the Drive-53 have free map updates or do I need to purchase a single-time or subscription?
