Basecamp does not see my device

even last week my GPSmap 67 was connected via USB to my Windows 11 PC and seen/listed as device in BaseCamp.
Today I created a tour ans wanted to upload it to my device, but unfortunately it was no longer listed as device.

Any hints ?

Reboot, make sure Garmin Express is not running simultaneously with Basecamp, and try a different USB port, are three thoughts that come to mind.

Can the device be seen by Windows File Explorer while not being seen by Basecamp?

I'd add worth leaving it attached, sometimes it can take a while to be recognised. Also more steps in this FAQ support.garmin.com/.../

Are Wi-Fi or Bluetooth enabled on the device? Not sure why this would cause an issue, but you could try disabling them if they are enabled.

I don’t know about this specific device but my old devices ( a Montana 750, Fenix 1 and a Fenix 5x) that are not MTP are immediately recognizable by Basecamp while my new Fenix 7x PRO that is MTP takes time.
On Basecamp it shows “Initializating” for 2, 3 minutes.
