For my job I need to import KML polygons from GoogleEarth to Basecamp to finaly import this polygons in my Garmin. Does someone can help me?

BaseCamp supports kml files, you can import them using File > Import.
Note however that BaseCamp does not know the concept 'Polygon', only polylines and waypoints. Polygons are converted to polylines.
No idea of your Garmin device but most of them only accept kmz files (= embedded geo referenced jpg)
Kmz files are compressed kml files with optional extra files in it. A kmz file can contain geo referenced jpg's, but that's certainly not always the case.
BaseCamp can import kml/kmz files with points, polygons and/or polylines without problems and send them to a device (in gpx format).
