Google Earth not found

When I try to use "view with google earth" I get a popup stating it needs to be installed first.

I have installed it though, and even tried it with google earth running but no luck.
This is with both BaseCamp and MapSource.

It seems it cant find it, does it need to be installed in a certain spot? or can I direct map source to its executable?

I have google earth installed @
"C:\Program Files\Google Earth Pro 4.2\googleearth.exe"
Google Earth not Found;
This feature requires Google Earth to be installed,
Please visit Google Earth website to download and install it.

I have even searched through the registry to see if I could find a way to direct mapsource or bsecamp to google earth, but no luck.

    problem with google earth.
Where can I go to get support?
A little frustrated as I am leaving in 20 hours for my trip and the reason I got this package was to be able to use my google earth maps.

Where can I go to get support for this?
Even my emails to Garmin have gone unanswered :(

Was really hopin this would work as the dealer I got the package from said it would.
Then when I was having difficulties he directed me here.

$1000 package and I can't do what I needed it to do is quite upsetting.
We now have two Rino 530HCX and if this works our group will be getting 12 more (a lot of $$$ for Garmin)

With that kind of money on the line you would think Garmin would respond to emails or atleast make sure their support forums were updated and new customers (and other potential customers) questions were answered?

My dealer is even trying to get this info for me with no luck as of yet (well so he says)
unfortuneatly if I can not get this solved my end of day, the package will be sent pack and not only will he and Garmin loose a good sale, they will loose many more in the future. well at the very least, many more from our group.

Sorry if this sounds like bitching, and I am sure many here are just volunteers, but it is Garmins site, and I did spend $1000 for a package I can not do what it is said to do.

Its hard to beleive that with approx 20 hours, fifty something views not one answer? not one Garmin rep or employee has read this?
It is not like the site is flooded with questions, where is the customer follow up?

    Mods, Admin, Garin or whoever,
You can close delete remove or whatever you would like to these threads.
I have made copies of the lack of support and sent to Garmin, not that it will do anything, I sent to my dealer, along with the package I had purchase $1000 bux worth) have my refund already, and have told the rest of my group not to bother. (another 6 to 10 grand in sales lost)

The lack of response and support from Garmin is incredible, a One time leader is falling back due to the abundant failure to support existing, new and future customers.

    Quite Sad I must say!!!!!!!
