The palm leaflet disappears on MAPview in an opened activity?

Dear Experts! Hope somebody can help. The palm leaflet disappears on MAPview in an opened activity? I can use zoom w/ mouse roller, but the palm does not show up so can not move the map. I tried reset browser, factory reset , delete cookies, reinstall, another browser without imports, tried connect on another computer. All NOK. I have a strong feeling its something to do connect. Any idea?

The keyboard arrow keys will pan the map while the Route, Track or Waypoint tool is in use. Another way is to move the cursor near an edge and a large white arrow appear by that edge. A left mouse click will pan the map when the arrow is visible.

Thanx. In individual activity overview it did not worked. Meanwhile i have found the solution. On the upper left corner there is the layer button where the google was selected. After i chose the HERE, the palm appeared.
