Fenix 6 No Longer connecting to Android phone

My Fenix 6 has stopped connecting with my Android (S21) phone.

I have completed the following:

Deleted Garmin Connect App and reinstalled

Factory reset on the garmin and deleted everything

Removed the watch from Blue tooth on the phone.

Did virtually everything that has been suggested on the web with no luck.

When I try and pair the watch, the phone recognises the watch but then goes no further.

A message appears that pairing was unsuccessful.

Help please.
