When Will G3 Marine Charts be Compatible with Basecamp?

Now HomePort has been discontinued I wondered when Basecamp will be compatible with G3 Charts?

It's more peer to peer help this days. The BaseCamp development team was disbanded years ago now, they used to be very active here and I and others were also in direct contact with them.

BaseCamp too is discontinued so there will be no change.

I understood this to be a Garmin Forum and expected that somebody from the company would be answering questions.

Running both a chartplotter and handheld GPS (I collect UK triangulation stations) and am finding it a pain as Basecamp won't run my charts.
