Why are there 2 copies of Top Canada in Basecamp

Finally getting around to tackling this software and the first thing that has always bugged me why there are 2 copies of Topo Canada on the device (64st)

No idea but it's a device issue so not a BaseCamp one. Try running JaVaWa's Device Manager to help you identify why. Closing here www.javawa.nl/jdm_en.html
