I have a Garmin Montana 650t. I've used it for years and always have been able to download my data directly to my basecamp for storage and use in the program. I am attaching the unit to my Windows laptop and see it connected. I open up Basecamp and see the icon on the upper right showing the program trying to pull down information. But when I go to the device tab, it says that no device can be found. So why does it kind of know it's there, tries to take data from it (unsuccessfully), but does not recognize it when I try to hit the keys I've always hit to download my data.....???
