Basecamp for Windows PC, where do I get maps for southern EU?

I want to use Basecamp for planning a (.gpx track) moto ride in Spain, brand new to it, and it tells me I need to purchase Maps online. I use a Garmin inReach Mini 2, but not for navigation, do no want maps for it or any other Garmin device, just for BC windows and am totally confused as to the options on the Garmin site..

If you don't have any maps you either need to purchase them from Garmin, but be aware most downloaded maps have to be installed to a device, or look at 3rd party OSM maps.
