Is there a bug between garmin Cycle map Europe 2023.10 and basecamp?

Maps are loaded and usable on the Edge 1040 but gives error message in basecamp. Basecamp and the edge 1040 have been updated.

Are you trying to access the map from your device or from your PC?

Most likely the problem can be solved by cleaning up the BaseCamp cache. Here is a detailed description in Dutch: www.javawa.nl/opschonen.html

thanks, Cleaned up the cache with the Device manager and maps are visible again
